Summary of Internship

The Database developer Internship position provides an opportunity for students who are currently pursuing a computer science, Management Information Systems, or life Sciences degree to get hands on experience working with Scientists/Software engineers in a fast-paced environment. The database developer intern will contribute to development and implementation of a biorepository database for sample management for developing oncology focused next generation sequencing assays. The system will help maintain a comprehensive inventory of oncology biopsy samples that come into our lab starting from receiving, storage and tracking purposes. The position starts in June, paid working 40 hours per week through August.
