SBSTech Interns will help with and gain experience in:

IT Support Basics

  • The intern will learn the basics of IT support by working with SBSTech members. Sample tasks include imaging computers, delivering and setting up computers, troubleshooting simple problems, and helping SBSTech members setting up or updating multiple computers in computer labs.

Data Entry

  • The intern will enter the IT asset data collected by SBSTech members into a spreadsheet and compare the result with existing data from multiple sources. The intern should be able to identify discrepancies and communicate with our techs. Familiarity with Excel is required.

Data Processing

  • The intern will work closely with SBSTech members to sort, select, and mark entries in spreadsheets that meet various criteria. Familiarity with Excel is required.
