Sydney Kofron and Her Career in Social Media Management and Public Relations

Sydney Kofron, Information Science & eSociety alumnus ’19, will be joining us on Tuesday, March 29^th at 5:30pm on Zoom to talk about her time in the iSchool and her career in social media management and public relations.  Open to all current students and alumni!

Sydney Kofron received her Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Information Science & eSociety in 2019.  Since then, she has worked for two companies in social media and public relation roles.  She began her career at SF Bay Coffee in Northern California, working as their Social Media & Public Relations Manager.  Her position involved managing all social media, press releases, and traveling to different destinations to interview coffee farmers.  Her current position is with Edvalson Marketing.  As Senior Marketing Manager, she runs all client social media, assists in web design and branding projects, and executing SEO strategy.  Learn more about her experience and career on her LinkedIn profile.
