Leslie Sult

Leslie is the liaison librarian to the College of Education and manages the Children’s Literature Collection for the UA Libraries. She earned her teaching certification from Northern Arizona University and her MLS from the School of Information and Library Science at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Leslie works with faculty and students throughout the research lifecycle by offering in-depth research assistance and support. She enjoys using her teaching background to collaborate with faculty to integrate information literacy outcomes into class curricula both at the undergraduate and graduate levels. She has been involved in several projects to develop instructional tools to support student learning. One of the award-winning tools she helped create, Guide on the Side, is freely available as open source software for building interactive tutorials.
