The Center for Applied Transportation Sciences (CATS) is hiring one student worker to assist with information system operations in transportation research and maintenance. The job duties include but are not limited to assisting the IT manager in optimizing existing programs, updating the database and website, and maintaining a pleasant work environment. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of one or multiple computer programming languages. Having a driver's license to support data collection and knowing the concept of object-oriented programming (OOP) would be preferred but optional. The candidate could continue working in the center as a summer intern.
