To me, the iSchool experience means...

A lot, because I believe students here get to fully explore their potential. The opportunity to think outside the box inspires you to go beyond what you once thought was your full potential. I believe this is something that few institutions can give students.

More about me:

I chose the Master of Science in Data Science at the University of Arizona because, after my undergraduate degree in Economics and Statistics, I sought to gain more knowledge and experience in a field that acknowledges both parts of these programs. Data science is heavily dependent on advanced statistical analysis and an aspect of economics, as well, which is what brought me to the program.

After graduation, I hope to advance my career as a data scientist. It is very rare to find African women pursuing roles in tech, and being one of them is very important to me as a form of representation.

My hobbies are listening to music and watching movies. I also love to watch documentaries.

Prospective students will love the teaching style at the iSchool, since it is very practical and prepares you for your data science career. The learning environment here is very conducive and encourages students to think outside the box and get creative.
